- I loved each and every one of these stories. It was a nice relaxing book to read and I could place myself in all of those stories esp the one about camp....brought back memories that weren't good...but a long time ago.....
Return to Hampton Beach was my favorite......just could picture the whole story... but they were all good! - This is a book made up of four short stories of four different authors. I did not realize this when I ordered the book and was not sure I would like it. As it turned out it was a fun and light read for a summer get away. I liked all but Holly Chamberlin's, Summer Memories which I thought to be very silly and not in a funny way. But for the rest I thought they were good for short stories.
- These stories are great for summer beach or patio reading. Light enough to put down if necessary but heavy enough to keep your interest. All four authors contained in this book are excellent story tellers and although each one is unique, they combine to make a perfect collection. Perfect for Summer Days!
- Bought it to read on my train trip. I like the feel of books - No or Nooks for me. I don't want to depend on a battery for a tablet, or other electronic device. Just give me a Cell Phone and a Paperback Book any day of the week.
